First food : Eggplant


Ingredients: Organic Eggplant

Method: 
- Wash eggplant.  
- Cut into 1 inch pieces and steam until tender or mushy.
- Peel and deseed as needed.
- Place into your choice of appliance for pureeing.
- Add water as necessary to achieve smooth and thin consistency.
- Blend to puree form.
- Serve.
