Chicken + Green Peas + Potato

Ingredient : Green Peas, White Potato, Chicken

Directions:
- Wash 3 ingredients thorougly.
- Boil potato until tender peel and mash.
- Steam green peas and chicken until cooked and tender.
- Mince the chicken.
- Combine all three ingredients and mash.
- Serve.

Ingredient: white potato 

Method: 

- wash and rinse sweet potato with water  

- boil/steam for about 15 minutes or until tender 

- cut white potato to small chunks

- blend to puree form 

- dilute with water/breastmilk to preferred consistency.

- Serve.
